BU: Raspberry Freezer Jam
The husband and I went raspberry picking today. After about and hour and a half we had about 10 quarts of berries. So we made one batch of freezer jam (about 7 cups worth), then froze most of the remaining berries. We love having frozen berries all winter, especially raspberries, since you can just just pull them out and put them in something and they defrost almost instantly. Anyway, the jam is SUPER easy. Anyone can do it. It took me forever to try it because I was afraid of screwing it up, but it was really simple.
