1. Where in N.M. do you live (or are you planning on living)? I live in ABQ, but my office is in Santa Fe. But i end up travelling all over the state for work - mostly Grants/Gallup and Socorro/T or C these days.
2. What do you do for a living? They say I'm a geologist. I do more public policy and public information stuff these days.
3. What does DH do for a living? DH is a water nerd. These days he is the scheduler/planner for the ABQ-Bernco Water Utillity Authority. (which means he figures out how to schedule equipment & parts so the water keeps coming from your tap.)
4. What are your hobbies? Travelling, reading and gardening. With some sewing and cooking (and eating) thrown in.
5. What is your favorite thing about N.M.? The sky. The sun. The rocks!

Los Alamos, I've been here for almost 7 years, before that I spent 3 in Socorro

I'm a biology tech

He manages construction projects.

Playing on the internet, I spend way to much time with my computer... I also hop around between sewing, cross stitching, gardening, and when not pregnant, horseback riding, running, and biking.

The weather, I love having seasons but not extremes.

I work in Non profit fundraising and marketing

No DH, its just me. I became a Knottie/Nestie when I was marrying my now exH and stuck around because the Nest rocks.
4. What are your hobbies?
Photography, reading, happy hours, cooking (but not baking- I suck at it).
5. What is your favorite thing about N.M.?
Well, I'm not there yet, but so far I am LOVING the commutes/traffic compared to Phoenix, as well as the cooler weather without it being too extreme.

3. What does DH do for a living? He's AD in the Air Force (really he's a physicist)
4. What are your hobbies? Anything crafty (I love love love making things), & shopping
5. What is your favorite thing about N.M.? Umm...I like two restaurants here (Cosmo Tapas and Shogun) and the small group of friends we have. I guess none of this has to do with NM.

2. What do you do for a living?I am a NICU Nurse 3. What does DH do for a living? Just found out that he is NOT getting transferred. So currently unemployed. If anyone knows anyone let me know! He had a degree in broadcast/communications/postediting/production, but lots of experience in shipping & receiving and retail. 4. What are your hobbies?I love shopping, traveling, reading, crafts (though I am not very crafty), plan on becoming more physically active (right now all I do is Turbo Jam), I LOVE spending time with friends even if its just sitting around talking laughing playing games. 5. What is your favorite thing about N.M.?I LOVE the weather and the mountains. (Plus I hear NM has some amazing Knotties! :-) )

4. What are your hobbies? Ugh, I wish I had more time for hobbies! But I love to cook and bake (I think I mostly love to eat). I'm also big into March of Dimes and just started doing Zumba.
(RNandLovinIt- just read that you're a NICU nurse, which means you are now on a pedestal in my eyes! It takes a very special person to take care of the tiniest, sickest babies...and their parents, so thank you for what you do!)
