Addressing Halloween Party invites

How formal should it be?  How do you address your casual party invites?  Mr. and Mrs. John Smith or John and Jane Smith?  Thanks for the input.

I'd say casual. Joe and Sally Smith.

I'd definitely go casual, but remember that the lady's name always comes first.  You never seperate a man from his last name, i.e. Sally and John Smith.
