Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Scrapbooking/Crafting GTG
There has been a lot of interested expressed about a scrapbooking/crafting GTG. I'm willing to arrange everything, but I'm not sure where we would be able to hold it at. Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about Pages in Time, but we would have to pay to use their space. The benefit of this is that we would be able to use their die-cutting machines, some other supplies and be able to buy whatever products we'd need. I know that someone had called Michael's and it would be $30 for the room change but we wouldn't have any tools to use unless we bought them. That isn't $30 per person, it would be for the group.
I think our group would be too large to have it at someone's house. I know that when I scrap, my stuff is ALL over. My mom's group had a scrapbooking GTG last month and no one got anything done because there wasn't enough space. I was bummed.
I was thinking of that we could do it on a Saturday. Like an all day thing. A couple hours just isn't enough for most people. It takes me an hour just to get all of my supplies laid out and get an idea in mind. Maybe from 11:00 to 7 or 8:00. You, of course, wouldn't have to stay that long, but the option would be there.
We could all bring a dish to pass for lunch and maybe order a pizza for dinner? I am seriously excited about this!
We could also all invite other people if we get a space big enough.
Do any of you have any other ideas, thoughts or complaints? haha

Yay! That's nice since we can all chip in on gas money. I'm willing to drive my car. It will fit 4, maybe 5 if we squeeze.
