Pest Control Recs
This has been done before and before and before, but I am too lazy to check back to those. Also, there are new people so maybe there are good recs. I have been using Orkin but with a baby coming, am looking to cut expenses. We were paying 130/4x a year. I got it down to 105/4x a year, but know it can still be way less.
So who do you rec?

My family has used Mike w/ Allstate Pest Control for years- super nice guy. I pay less that $60/visit... ($50 something including tax.) He's really laid back and v. honest. I often just leave my back door unlocked for him w/ a check on the table.
So yea- you can find someone way less than Orkin!!! (Plus, I like to go local
Juan with Xtermitech Pest Control. Very clean, very nice, and not high priced ($75 4 times a year and he comes back in between for free if I call him). I really feel comfortable with him and would totally let him in my house if I was not home.
