How much is too much?

For crib bedding?  We didn't plan on buying a set but I figured that if I can get a great deal on ebay, it would work out.  There's a set up right now that I am drooling over but I'm not sure how much further I want to go.

That's a good price, go for it!  I got E's on sale for around that price, if I remember correctly.  I wouldn't pay hundreds for stuff that baby will puke all over though!

It's a good price right now but it's going to go higher.  Yesterday, a set similar went for $87.  I'm just not sure I want to spend quite that much.

So you think up to $75?  I was hoping for under $50 but I don't think that's going to happen.

And yes, her sets are easily $250+ brand new.

Are you able to stalk ebay? If so don't pay more than $50 stick to your budget. Also I would wager closer to christmas and right after there is going to be a TON of stuff in this department.

I can stalk for another hour.  Then I have to go to class.

::sigh::  I know I should just stick to my budget.  But we're waiting to choose paint until we get the bedding.  And I hate waiting.

If you can get it for under $100 I say go for it. Cole's was only $40 b/c it was discontinued. I always said I'd never pay lots of money for bedding, but Cate's cost me $250. I know, I know ... but we couldn't find anything that wasn't pink and we really wanted purple. I will say though that I am beyond pleased with her bedding and I would do it all over again. And I like that it's one of a kind.

That's exactly the set I want. That is such a great price! I love eBay. I would totally get it.

i'd go for it.  i knew i couldn't spend a ton because we were shopping for two, but the sets i found were from two different sellers on ebay - paid $35 for the girl one and $55 for the boy one.
