Hotel del Coronado
I'll be staying at the Hotel del Coronado for a girls' weekend next month and I'm trying to get as much info as possible before we arrive. If anyone has any tips on what to do, what NOT to do, any deals or great restaurants nearby, etc. I would appreciate it. TIA!

Coronado is a great place...some of my personal recommendations in Coronado include:
Eno (wine bar at the Del): They have great wine, cheese and chocolate tastings at decent prices.
Burger Lounge: Great grass fed burgers and simple menu on the main drag in Coronado. It's usually crowded, but definitely worth the wait.
The Ferry Landing Area has lots of cute shops and restaurants, including a good BBQ restaurant. From here, you can take the ferry across the bay to downtown area.

I second the pp suggestions. I live a couple of blocks from Ferry Landing and LOVE it. Check out Tartine-it's a small cafe across from the ferry landing close to Orange Street. It's a great little place for lunch, coffee, wine. Ferry Landing also has a restaurant called Candela's that has a great happy hour-an early one from 4-6 or a late one from 10-12p, food and drinks are 50% off and it has a great atmosphere.
If you are taking the Ferry to gaslamp, just be sure that you will catch it in time to get back across (I think it stops around 10p, but I'm not positive), or be prepared to catch a cab.
Coronado is great, you will definitely enjoy it, and the nice thing is you can pretty much walk anywhere on the island.
