AW: We accepted an offer on our condo, finally!!!!
YAY! We signed the p&s over the weekend...I am SOOOOOO excited, but also kind of sad!!!! :-( We poured so much hard work into this place, we completely rehabbed it when we bought it, so I am sad to leave it. We are moving in with the IL's until we find our dream house, so the fact that we don't have something to look forward to right away is also making it hard. But, soon enough, this will all be worth it! The sale is pending home inspection and appraisal, but things are looking up...

Take it from a girl who just sold her condo (which we remodeled) and bought a gorgeous house - it's SOOO WORTH IT and you'll get over your sadness quite quickly once you get into a fabulous house in this great buyer's market. CONGRATULATIONS, I hope it all goes smoothly for you
I sold my condo about 3 years ago and I still have times where I miss it, even though I am now living in my dream home. It is always hard to say goodbye to a huge thing in your life.
Best of luck with your search for your new home. It is a great time to be looking, there are alot of options out there right now.
