so i had in my status on fb that i just applied at target, costco, and new seasons and was currently filling out more applications...someone actually commented on the status and said:
Wow, like clerk positions? Harsh. Isn't there something better for someone with a college degree?

psh, don't listen to them. You are doing what is best for you and your family and I say SCREW the person who posted that on your fb. They're lame.

i know i try to ignore stuff like this but it's hard..i think im going to remove him as a friend anyway because it's someone i graduated high school with that i haven't seen since...high school..and i didn't even realize i was friends with him on fb.
i just asked DH if he saw the comment and he goes "it's your fault for posting that sh!t all over your facebook"...i told him not to talk to me the rest of the night. boys are dumb.

OK! Well, sleep well knowing that I totally chewed him out in my head for you.
And also slap your DH upside the head for being a tool. It's your wall, you can post what you want, and deal with whatever jerky comments get made in any way, shape, or form you want. Defriending people or changing privacy settings (or telling them to) is totally acceptable. ; )

Ok. You're lucky that I can't get to facebook from work. I would have gone OFF on that guy. What a tool. And a loser.
Please don't be emberrassed about the places you applied for work! Those are all great places to work, it's not like you're stripping!! Clerk jobs can be really fun, and a part time schedule is great to work around when you are interviewing for "real" jobs. I have waited tables and worked retail and loved it.
