Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Any suggestions for my dying Dell monitor?
About 3 weeks ago I noticed our monitor was taking a minute or two to 'wake up' and brighten after a period of inactivity. Then yesterday it took even longer and started to flicker. Today it's so dim that I have hold my face 6 inches from the screen and turn off all the lights to see anything.
From the limited googling I've done (it's hard to read!), it sounds like some sort of bulbs need replacing. Obviously I can't do that myself. If anyone has suggestions for something I can try as a last-ditch effort, I'd love to hear them. Otherwise, I guess we'll have to spring for another monitor. :-(
