How's it going with no cable?!

Are you watching tv online?  Which ones?  I have watched a little hulu (Parks and Rec) and also A&E (Hoarders).

Weeelllll.......there is a secret.  We turned off our cable.  They came out and turned it off and took our box.  But...we still have basic cable.  So, now we get it for free.  I actually don't watch it much at all.  The shows I like are on the basic channels anyway.  I do watch Hoarders though. 

And...now that the new shows are starting, I can only watch one at a time where as I used to be able to watch one and tape 2.

Seriously I don't miss it much.  I miss RHOC/ATL but that's about it.  And BL.  But not enough to go through the hassle of turning it back on!

How come you can't watch BL?  it's on a regular non cable channel.  You should still get the 10 non cable channels though?

mboc - I agree - 0 stars.  So annoyed that I have to pick and choose what shows I watch now since I have no DVR!

you could go old skool and use a VCR (if you even have one) to tape your shows.

I get zero channels.  I get this question a lot and don't know why I don't get even the basic channels.

It's probably because everyone went digital.  In order to watch tv, you have to get a digital converter box.  It's like $40 or something and then you would get all the regular channels.  I'd say it's worth it.
