Mizzou on a Friday night.
This is random and I don't even know if there are any other Mizzou fans on this board...
I am actually pretty stoked about Mizzou playing on a Friday night. That leaves all day and night on Saturday for me to catch up on college football. I have not gotten to watch many games aside from Mizzou games in the last 3 weeks because if I am tailgating it takes up close to my entire day (and the first game I was out of town for labor day so I had other things going on).
So we play tomorrow night, a bye next week, and then play Nebraska on a Thursday the following week. I will be able to watch lots of other teams in the next 3 weeks.

You guys play on a Friday!? I wish Oklahoma State would play on a Friday...we have a Thursday game in November that I'm not too thrilled about, but I'd be all for a Friday game!

I think our Thursday matchup is RIDICULOUS! I might have to take that Friday as a PTO day to recover.
Money talks! TV money = Thursday night game.
I took Thursday and Friday off for that game. Columbia is 2 hours from us so we will be driving down Thursday mid-day/afternoon and staying will family until Sunday. I am pretty excited about it.
One of my bestfriends is a 'Skers fan and I told her that the environment might not be as inviting as it was for us last year in Lincoln. Although the people we tailgate with will be nice, I just can't speak for the entire fan base (as you know). Rude ass people.
Either way, it should be a great game and good atmosphere for the most part. I am excited.
