the photog im doing my trash the dress session with in miami is looking to possibly do some photos in orlando at a farm or ranch with horses. can you recommend any nice places? thank you so much!

I'm a little confused. Are you saying that you are photographer looking for locations in Miami? Or Orlando? Or are you not the photographer at all?
If it's in Miami - check out the Redlands - lots of farmland there.
If it's Orlando (which is what I think it is), then check out Clermont. It's just west of Orlando and lots of farmland. Just driving around you can see open fields. If you drive through Montverde, FL - you'll see lots of horses and farms. I'm sure you or the photographer could check out some areas there and see if you can get permission to shoot.
