Jobs

Hi everyone. I'll be moving to Indy in about 13 days (after the wedding) and I don't have a job yet. I am willing to take something part-time until I can find a full-time position and I know several stores will be hiring for the holidays soon. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on where a good place to work might be. FH lives on the northside near the Castleton and I would like to stay close to there if possible since I'm not too familiar with the area.

Re: Jobs

  • It's not near Castleton, but I would recommend looking into Pitney Bowes customer service positions.
Move along, nothing to see here.....
  • I know Target will be hiring seasonal workers right about now. However you are very likely required to work the day after thanksgiving and the day after Christmas, which might be hard for you if you are traveling to see family.

Retail around the holidays can be rough, but a great way to make good money--and Target is a great company to work for. Depending on the volume of the store, sometimes they keep team members after the holidays too. There is a Target store in "Nora" (the north side of Indy on 86th between Meridian and Keystone) and one at Castleton.

    Good luck!!
