We on the IE board, lost a fellow Nestie and good friend today. We are a tight bunch and are devastated beyond belief. Her Nest ID was 4jewels and she suffered an amniotic embolism yesterday while delivering her first baby, Gabrielle. The baby is doing well and expected to live.
I know these are tough times, but her husband will be facing even tougher times having to raise his baby girl alone in the midst of grieving his beloved wife. If you would like to help, please contact us on the local board: Inland Empire. More info is available on this blog:

Re: Loss of an IE Nestie
Hi guys.
This is such a tragedy. I met Jewelyn when planning my wedding because she got married at Sierra La Verne before I did. She was a great girl. I can't believe she's gone.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I just read some of her older posts on the IE board and it seems so surreal, even for someone who's never had the honor of meeting her IRL.
I know. I still cant get over it. We were all talking to her up until the minute she went into the hospital, and some girls were texting her right up until she went in for the c-section. I'll just never understand why some things happen...
