I just bought my mom a set of 8 glasses that are cut from the bottom of wine glasses. They are wine snobs and these glasses are so cool because they are just the bottom of the wine bottle that has been cut and polished.
I have everything purchased for my mom...and not even an idea what to get for anyone else. I am interested to hear what others have gotten!
I got the kids in the family lounge pants. Kohl's had some really cute Wii ones that had a pocket for the controller. I got 5 pairs for $30.
I think I'm getting the parents a photo book of our kid. Our kid is getting a toy box. I have no clue what to get DH yet.
For wine people, I found this wine venturi for DH last year. I've since bought oodles for family. For ~$35 bucks it's this cool little gadget that aerates the wine so you don't have to decant.
Uncommon Goods usually has unique stuff, and I think they even have those glasses.

They are at Times Ten Cellars (one in East Dallas and a new one in Ft. Worth). They don't have any in stock at the moment, but they are getting some soon. You can email the owners and they will let you know when they get some in.
