Hermosa Beach?? - please help a WI nestie
Hi everyone!
DH and I are heading to LA in less than a week for an impromptu vacation/anniversary trip. We're staying in the Hermosa Beach area...any must-see, must-do things in that area? We love walking on the beach and hiking/walking/running. We will have a rental car and have 3 full days to do stuff (one other day we already have plans with some work buddies of DH's).
Any help is appreciated - thanks so much!!

I loved going to the Poop Deck when visiting friends in Hermosa, though I haven't been in a few years. So laid back, and they had really cheap pitchers...was it on Tuesdays? - I can't remember. All ages of people were there, never seemed that crowded. Not too pretentious, a great break from the overdone LA atmosphere. That guy Quinn from Jaws might have hung out there if he hadn't been so antisocial.
I'm a fan of dive bars though....Have fun!
