It was my bday weekend, so I had a good time. Partied in SD, then hung out with MH all day yesterday. Good times.
Nothing big this week...going to try to continue the bday celebration.

Weekend was full of school, naps, and not much else.
This week is about work, term papers for school, (there's 3) cleaning, and prepping for the Princess' 6th birthday this weekend. I threw her a party last year and was so stressed out I burst into tears about every 3 hours so I decided to keep it low key this year and have a sleepover with her and her best friend. I have no idea how I'm going to keep them entertained, but it should be interesting!
This weekend was pretty low-key. We went to the Red Bull Soapbox race in LA on Saturday, which was fun if not HOT AS HELL and we were surrounded by people who were either incredibly fertile or who decided to bring their entire neighborhood to the event. I said to MH as we were leaving, "If I ever start to change my mind about having kids, just take me to one of these things."
Nothing planned for this week so far, just trying to get through the work week!
I had a great weekend in San Francisco. Busy, but great. I hung out with several old friends, had some really good food, went to a wedding, did some shopping and also spent time with my folks.
This week looks pretty ho-hum.

I spent the weekend in Malibu for my BFF's wedding. All went as planned and we all looked fab thanks to Rachael.
this week - regular stuff.
weekend consisted of doing yard work, cleaning house, seeing inglorious basterds, and napping.
there is a huge music festival here this weekend and we actually bought 3-day passes. just trying to get through the week so I can see dave matthews, pearl jam, and about 6000 other bands. w00t!
Had a great weekend. Most notably, went to Oregon, but stopped in Sacramento first. Birthday funsies!
Watched football (kinda, bleghhh), went shopping (I got my cowboy shirt!), and chilled out.
i am so. freaking. exhausted from this weekend. the bean's party was TWO days ago and i'm still wiped out.
this week is blessedly quiet. the bean's actual birthday is thursday, and because she got a pile of presents and only thismuch attention span, she'll be opening gifts from now till next weekend.
Weekend went as planned and was very low key. I'm hoping this week flies by and that I have an uneventful work trip to Ohio.
My work bff is flying out for that. I'm sooo jealous.
we need to figure out who we are going to see, I want to have some kind of idea since it's going to be madness!
Weekend was good. BIL and SIL flew into town. Good times, but glad they are gone. :-)
I'm already sick of teaching. Is it June yet? I feel so out of touch with everything, this whole working thing is getting in the way of my internet fun time.
