Good Morning!

How was your weekend?

Mine was great, very relaxing. Friday I had lunch with a girlfriend. That night MH and I went to the Diamondback's game with another couple. It was really fun (hadn't been to a game this year) and there were fireworks after the game.

Saturday I went to the Farmer's Market on Cactus and was totally disappointed. I don't know if it had something to do with the fact that it was SO hot outside, or that I just didn't think they had great prices/selection, but it wasn't a great experience. That night I hung out with two friends. Sunday I spent most of the day finishing my book and had dinner with family!

Re: Good Morning!

  • Gmorning! Friday Shelly took us to look at some houses...no luck yet! Saturday I went to Desert Ridge for a bit and then that night was my good friend Josh's birthday so DH and I went to Geisha a Go Go (really fun place) and then to one of his fav gay bars for drinks and stuff. I love Josh, he's one of my best grilfriendsSmile. I had 2 long islands and was done. Man, since this baby I have no tolerance anymore haha.

Sunday was pretty lazy, just went to eat lunch and ran a few errands.

  • My weekend wasn't very exciting. I did a ton of cleaning..have about 5 almost 6 bags of donation stuff. I let my SO rest since yesterday is his last day off for two weeks.

  • Hello! Friday I went to Happy Hour with friends to say goodbye to another friend who is moving to New Mexico. Saturday my SIL, BIL and their new baby came over to our house and we told both of our parents that we are expecting. Sunday I was lazy and my m/s came back.
  • Morning everyone!  This weekend one of my friends from high school was in town, so Friday night her mom babysat her 8 month-old while us girls went out bar hopping in Scottsdale!  Of course we drank way more than we should have and all spent Saturday completely hungover!  Saturday night we hung out at her house and played with the baby, he is just too adorable!  Yesterday was pretty calm, I cleaned the house and we grocery shopped for the week.  My weekend continues into today which is nice!  I met with a guy from the painting company and we got everything set up for the house to be painted next week, later I will probably run to Target (which is always dangerous for my bank account!), and get dinner ready for tonight and my lunch packed for work tomorrow.

  • Morning!  Friday night was mellow, we just went to dinner at a little mexican place near us.  Saturday morning one of DH's friends woke us up early to go to Moto races out at Firebird--we get out there and they start at 7 pm- not AM!!  So we went back to the house for a while, then went to San Tan Brewery for Octoberfest.  Had some great beer and food, then I ran home and picked up Cash to have him compete in the weiner dog races.  It was hilarious, he had no clue what to do, and didn't run down the track-- just kind of wandered down slowly, sniffing the food someone rubbed on the ground.  But it was soooo cute to see him playing with the other 15-20 doxies there!  Later that night we went back to watch the Moto races, which was pretty cool, reminded me of watching my little brother race growing up.

Yesterday was really mellow, I went shopping for some work clothes while DH went back out to Firebird to watch the go kart races with friends. It was a pretty good weekend, but I'm soooooooo ready for the cooler temps next weekend!!!!

  • G'day!

I had a weekend full of family and friends.  Busy, but very good.

We also found out that roomie should be out of our place soon!  He finally has an accepted offer on one of the homes he put offers in on.  The bad part is that it's the one that is his second choice.  So he's giving the other bank til this Friday to produce a letter, if not, he's moving forward with the done deal.  Even better part...since he's a full cash buyer he won't have to wait for a closing date.  They are willing to close immediately. I'm hoping this means we have two weeks tops of roomie life. Then it's back to the regular scheduled newlywed life.

  • Hmmm... Friday we had pizza and hung out at home.

Saturday, Will slept late so we just hung out at home in the morning. Then we went to a soccer meeting for Chad, only to find out that *gasp* they did not have enough 12 year olds signed up to play so he shouldn't be there. They said they called and left a message, I verified the number with them, but got no message. So that was a little heartbreaking for Chad. He was really looking forward to it. So yeah, I was pretty mad about that. After dealing with them, we went grocery shopping and made dinner.

Sunday, we watched the Pats beat the Falcons and then went to get the boys haircut... YAY! Then came home to watch the Colts crush the Cards... WOOHOOO!!! I am totally a Colts girl!

Today, i'll be fighting with the place that we signed Chad up for soccer. They dont want to give me a refund... only a credit to play another sport with them or soccer next year. Nope, I want my $80 back. I dont want to go through this organization next year. I'll stick with the town thank you very much!

  • Hi Ladies,

I had a pretty good weekend. My H spent a lot of his time with Noah so I could just take care of Andrew and rest. I didn't get too much rest though.

Today I'm just picking up the house and getting ready for my mom to come over. She's going to spend the night and has some friends coming over tomorrow to meet Andrew.

Oh and I'm sad today because in the shower, I noticed that my hair has started falling out. I HATE this part of post pregnancy. It was reeeeeeally bad after Noah was born. I don't know how bad it's going to get this time, but this is a part I did NOT miss. :(?

  • My weekend was CRAZY busy!

Friday we laid low. I made MINI Turkey Meat Loaf and Mashed potatos. I baked the meat loaf in a cupcake pan! IT was awesome becase they were all crunchy around the edges! And I dont know what I did to the mashed potatos but they were sooo light and fluffy!

Saturday I got up at 6:15. Got ready for work. Droped Ladmo off at the vet for his last round of puppy shots AND for his first grooming10418_1126080151792_1220809428_30311842_5651370_n.jpg ..... THEN I had to swing by the In laws house pick them up and drop them off at the airport! (So I took DH's car since its bigger)
So I had about an hour or so to kill before I had to be to work, So I took the hubs car and had it hand washed and detailed! He does NOT take care of his car and it was sooo gross..he was way surprised to see it all clean! Work was crazy town busy, was supposed to close at 5 and had brides there till 5:45....but I made a sale so it was worth sticking it out! THEN we went to Ticoz for dinner!

Sunday was puppy school! Ladmo did super awesome and is learning way fast!
  • I had a good, but busy weekend.  Friday night we went out to BLT at the Camelback Inn for restaurant week.  We had an excellent meal for a really reasonable price.  Then we sat outside for a while and had a drink.  The weather was so nice! Saturday I spent the day poolside, then went out for my friend's bachelorette party. It was nice to have some girl time.  Sunday my MIL came over to celebrate her birthday and play some Rock Band (her idea).

Too bad the Farmer's Market at Road Runner Park was a disappointment. I try to go most Saturdays to buy produce and sometimes meats.  I really love the fish guy that is there, although he can be a little pricey.  Usually I buy most of my fruits and veggies from One Windmill Farm.  I do try to get there early before everything gets picked over.

Today I'm off of work and enjoying my day away from school.

I think that might have been our problem, we got there a little later in the day, so some of the good stuff might have been gone. I didn't see any meat or fish, and a lot of the veggies looked a little worse-for-wear after sitting out all morning in the heat. I'll give it another try. :)

  • Our weekend was busy too!

Friday was dd2's birthday--crazy that she is already one.  Shan & I played house hunters (except I forgot that it gets dark so early and we were looking in the dark :P).  Then we had cake for the bday girl.

Saturday was running around and then a potluck dinner with some friends

Sunday was church & more bday cake for dd2.  We were going to go to the game, but dh sold the tix instead.  I'm glad since it was a sad sad game.  Went to a bridal shower and then came home to dh, who was so exhausted from his 3 hours alone with the girls ::eye roll:: Did like a million loads of laundry b/c the laundry fairy never came and puttered around...

  • Agent I love your dog!!!

  • My weekend was busy as well!

Friday we just hung out at home.  Nothing super exciting there.

Saturday afternoon we went to a bbq at our friend's house, and Isabella went swimming for the first time!  She was not a fan.  hehe

Then I went up to Phoenix for the night.  I met up with my parents and we watched most of the ASU/Georgia game.  Then we went to a murder mystery dinner theater for one of my best friend's 30th birthday.  It was a lot of fun, and quite hilarious.  I then headed over to the Sandbar on the west side to meet up with some of my other best friends.  Got back to my mom's around 2:30 and crashed.

Sunday, I had lunch at Macayo's with my mom, stepdad, and other best friend, Shelley and her daughter Sophia.  Then I met up with Jenn at the Disneyland discount store at Metrocenter before finally getting on the road back home (left about 2 hours later than I meant to...  oooops!)

Sunday night, my husband, daughter, and I met some friends at the Greek festival.

    Whew!
