Any Columbians out there? RE: Beans
Totally random, but I need some help. A few wks ago, I went to Mondongo in Doral for lunch and fell in love w/ their beans. Now, I am in desperate search for 1) name of bean and 2) recipe on how to prepare them. LOL I am now a resident expert on garbanzos... next Columbian red beans.
If you can clue me in, please share! THANKS!
