Grillin'

What's on your grill this week?

 

We had turkey tenderloins (I saw a pre-marinated package at the store)... huge and delicious! Although I think I am done with potato salads and pasta salads for the summer. Been to a number of cookouts this month already.

 

Thinking about making chicken fajitas in the next few days on the grill  Idea

  • We grilled burgers, chicken and hot dogs the other night.  We had to satisfy everyone.  I should be going to a friends tomorrow night and we have made a routine of cooking chicken legs.  This friend of my friend makes this awesome marinade - kind of a cross between BBQ and Asian.  He's from Laos (sp?)  anyways it is the best!  Wish he could actually write the recipe down be he just says it a little of this and a little of that!

  • Last night I did make those chicken fajitas. Not too bad. Now I have lots of leftover chicken, so I'm thinking about enchiladas (not on the grill though!) with the leftovers.

     

    I never understood why chicken breasts usually come in such a large size. I cooked 2, but it was more than enough my DH and I.
