I don't know who you are, but I wanted to let you know that I should be getting your package tomorrow. Yay! I checked the mail box, but didn't see anything. As I approached my front door, I saw a peach-colored slip of paper jammed into it. It said that a signature is required for delivery and that I can pick my package up tomorrow. While I'm disappointed I won't get to relive Christmas today, I'm filled with anticipation for tomorrow! I'm heading straight over to the P.O. tomorrow after work.
P.S. I had to be nosey and look up the package number on USPS, since I heard the package was "missent". I know what state you're from, but don't have time to search through posts to figure out who you are!
Seriously, though, I want it to be a surprise. BTW, it looks like the package was sent to Alaska...why on earth?! I've received things from your neck of the woods before and NEVER had my parcels routed through there. I suppose that was the "missent" part of the trip? If my package could talk, I'd like to hear about the adventure. ![]()
Re: ::: My Nestie Swapper :::
after that journey I wish it could talk too
I feel bad because my Nestie paid Express shipping (overnight to "most locations"...unless it's coming to Hawaii via Alaska
) to get my package to me...and it looks like I'll get it in the same time it would have taken for Priority or possibly First Class! I think USPS has some kind of money back guarantee...if you're reading this, my Nestie, maybe you should look into getting a refund!
I actually looked it up and there is an Alaskan ZIP Code in which the only digit that differs from mine is the 2nd one (96 versus 99). Eh. I'm just excited to pick it up today!
