As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Did you ladies go to mommy group yesterday?? How was it?
I really missed going, but with Austin's shots in the afternoon I wanted to make sure he got his morning naps in....plus I can to a *fantastic* revelation (note the sarcasm) that I just can't bring Austin out many places anymore...he gets way overstimulated easily and just won't nap if it is light out or things are going on around him (not even in the car) and then he has to suffer with being overtired and I have to suffer with trying to get him to nap. So it looks like I'll have to try and go every other week to mommy group. It totally makes me sad, because it's such a great source of support...I was actually crying about it the other day (the fact that I really can't go every week)

I remember that with Bennett but I feel like it was much older. Eventually he just screamed the whole time we were at group so I stopped going. It wasn't until more like 5-6 months though. Can you Moby him up and dance around? If you get him to fall asleep at 10 he could get a 2 hour nap in. Honestly at this age, it is just one nap a week and I think I'd need the f"ree therapy" more than he needs a nap! lol!
I don't want to totally stop going, so I am going to aim for once every other week, see how he does and them maybe go once a week again - and he does do good in the Moby so I'm hoping that will continue! Hey, I gotta see my Nesties too!
We missed it again this week...I am still wicked sick (turns out I have brochitis and strep). Hopefully I'll be all better next week and we'll be there. I'm sorry you're having some trouble with Austin, but here's hoping it will get easier for you soon!!
