I was 100% pleased! The guy I worked with is no longer there though....
No tax, shipping included in price, and 5 year warranty on everything! It was so much cheaper than Stowers, Louis Shanks etc... same brands. I went to Stowers and LS and picked out everything, then ordered from Basista. I felt kind of bad about that (I did order some stuff from Stowers) but it was too much savings not to. I even told them what I was doing to see if they would price match and they couldn't. This was about 2 years ago so I don't know how much has changed... hth! What are you shopping for?

We were in a furniture store in Dallas this past weekend and I saw a desk/office setup that I loved, so I thought I'd at least check out what kind of pricing I could get on it.
