I don't know if they take reservations but you can try.  It's a very small place and generally fills up so might want to send a rep to "hold" a table if you're going during peak dinner time. 

Also, if you have an Entertainment Book, there is a BOGO when you use your card.  There are also I think $4 off dinner coupons that you get free in the Bearcat Coupon book.  You can find these on the street in the blue newspaper stand type things (there was one near the side street of Graeter's when I was there last month)..

I would if we can.  A co-worker went a few weeks ago and had 4 people in their party.  The hostess said they should have made reservations.  She said the place was empty and 4 tables had "reserved" signs on them.  While they were there for their meal only one of those tables was seated.  Granted it was a Saturday but I would call and see what they say. 
I'll bring some Bearcash books for us, however I wonder if they will let us all use them or if it's only one per table...I'll check...

Agree with the 'sending a rep' idea. The Bearcat books are also usually inside the sliding door of Keller's IGA.

Just looked at the coupon.  It says limit 2 coupons per table.  It's a coupon for $6 off a second dinner entree...

Okay - just called. They don't take reservations. Must be a weeknight thing? She did say I could call ahead, so I'll do that when i leave my house. I should only be 15 minutes away at that point.
