BC pill question

Sorry if this is TMI but does anyone know the right answer to this?  I should have started a new pack of BC pills this past Sunday, but forgot to pick them up at the pharmacy until this evening (Wednesday).  What do I do to re-start?  I realize I should have asked the pharmacist, but I was too lazy.  Thx.

And no, I'm not worried about getting preggers because I am as sterile as a speculum.

I believe when you miss a pill, you are supposed to take that plus your daily pill. So I've taken multiple pills before + my daily pill when I've missed a few days. Might want to check with your doc, though, since that is 5 pills.

I was on, but I didn't know the answer. That's why I had to switch off the pill. I was always missing pills, but never had any idea what to do about it.

that's a lot of pills to miss, dude.  i'd see if the nurse or your doc can answer that one - i don't think you can take them all, but i'm not sure if you should just start up with tonight's pill and go forward.

When this happened to me, I was told to take one extra a day with the normal one for that day until I was all caught up.  It might make you feel like crap but it was what I was told.  I'd ask your Dr. for sure though?

I've done this and started a new pack as soon as possible afterwards. It ended up being like 9 days late. My cycle was odd for the next two but whatevs.

I was going to say this, too - but I thought the max was 4 days?  so yesterday would have been 4 pills.

p.s. I think mr. mboc just needs to get snipped and then you wouldn't have to worry about it.

If I don't take the pill I only get a period once a year.  I am not a real woman.  Muhahahaha.

I also am on the ring for that reason (I was horrible at taking pills too) What did you end up doing?

When I was on the pills they told me to double up until I was all caught up also.
