I am so excited!!
I applied for my dream job in February 2007. I never heard back from them, so I assumed they filled the position. Today, I got a call! Even better yet, when they posted the position it was only part-time. They now have a 3 year grant to fund the position full time! I have my interview tomorrow.
Funny, my contact information has changed since I applied. They told me they had to call the Sheriff's Office to locate me!

Thank you for all the well wishes ladies. I was a little disappointed this morning when they called and asked if we could reschedule for next week, but I think it may actually be a good thing. I hate feeling rushed to prepare for an interview, and since I really want this I want to be uber-prepared!

oiive, I'm really not patient at all! When I didn't hear back from them I assumed they had filled the position and I moved on. But since this is my dream job, I won't hold grudges! Well, as long as I get it...LOL
