Saturday - hosting a culinary tour in a Chicago neighborhood (Ravenswood Corridor)
Sunday - doing a culinary demo on stage at the Eli's Cheesecake Festival
Sunday night - hosting a small dinner with another couple over and doing a Autumn harvest dinner theme.
Tonight's the big party for 50!
Nearly everything is already prepared and in the fridge and waiting to go in the oven. I have a couple little things to finish up - frost desserts, make a salad, cut veggies. I have a number of other little tasks to do, but 9 hours should be plenty of time.

My work is having a 30th anniversary potluck bbq tomorrow.
I'm in charge of the games, kids goodie baskets & little details.
We're playing autograph bingo and a car/purse scavenger hunt for the adults & kids. It should be fun, and lots of food. The sales manager is cooking up plenty of tri-tip & smoked pork for all of us. Also, to honor the owner of the company, we're presenting her with a plaque thanking her for dedication and hard work. I have to present it to her, so I'm kinda nervous - little speech planned for her, but it should be fine. YIPEE!
