I know it's none of my business what other people feed their children, but I hate it when I see overweight toddlers and a shopping cart filled with sugared cereal, orange soda, potato chips and cookies. Yes, good food is expensive and it takes some planning and educaton when funds are limited ,but FFS you are condeming your child to a lifetime of health and social problems but giving in to their junk food whims.  Be a damn parent and learn how to say no.

I am sooo glad we didn't get the olympics. What kills me even more is the people who don't live in the city so strongly supporting and getting mad at people who don't support it. Do they not realize some of the negative impacts it would have on a lot residents and our city?

I'm tired of having to work two jobs!!  I've worked two jobs practically my entire life and I'm tired.  I want to come home after job #1 and relax.  I want my social life back.  I don't even remember what having a weekend is like.  Is it too much to ask for to have a job that pays you well b/c you are experience and have a college degree?  Sorry, I needed to vent.

I am also glad we didn't get the olympics. It wouldn't of helped me sell my condo and get out to the burbs and the fear of all the taxes that Dailey would put on Cook county would piiss me off even more!
