Fox Valley Nestie gtg?

Hello FV nesties!

In honor of a couple of newbie girls either moving back to this area, or just trying to get out there and meet some local girls, I was thinking it would be fun to try another gtg this summer.

First off, a little poll to help get things rolling.

1. What day would you prefer (weekday, weekend, specific day(s) that works best)?

2. When should make this happen? (soon, next month, August, etc. as I realize summer is a busy time for all of us)

3. Where should we meet? I met a couple FV nesties a long while back for a coffee at Starbucks when we were still in the chill of winter. Now that it's nice we could try and do a little patio outdoor action.

I've found that using an e-vite to provide the details and organize this sort of thing works pretty nice. So, if there are interested ladies, I don't mind getting that organized. You would just need to email me at wigirlatheart at yahoo dot com and I can send out the evite after we figure out all the above mentioned ideas.

1. What day would you prefer? The only thing as for timing I would prefer is probably not something late evening (say starting at 8:00 pm).  MH and I are super early risers, and therefore typically go to bed a bit earlier.  I'd be fine with an earlier evening time, happy hour after work, weekend morning or lunch.

2. When should make this happen? I have one wedding this summer and that's it. LOL  Thursdays are out for me, though.

3. Where should we meet? Starbucks would be nice for a morning GTG and a nice "feel you out" atmosphere.  Or we could do lunch (haven't been to the Appleton Fratello's, but their patio area in Oshkosh and GB are beautiful.  Does the Pullman Restaurant have anything outdoors?)

Hi everyone!!! So sorry it took me so long to respond... we just moved three weeks ago and then I had to take my Wisconsin boards. But now I'm all set and perhaps can start buying some furniture for the new house

 I'm ALL ABOUT a GTG .. I realized soon after we moved here that I know ZERO women and about 400 guys who live here. A girl can only talk "hunting and fishing" for so long before calling it a night....

 1. As for days that work .. most anything is fine except that I'm not generally available during the day (until like 5/6pm) there are a few exceptions, but a general rule is that I'm working from 0630 until about 4/5..

 2. my July is kind of busy, but that's mostly on the weekends.. weekdays I can be flexible with!

 3. Where? well I'm still sort of new here so I might not be the best person to ask on this, but I think the patio idea sounds awesome .. how about somewhere in Appleton so that the Oshkosh/Green Bay people wouldn't have to make the big hike ? what about Pullmans on the water downtown? I don't know if they have a patio (i was only there in the winter) but i'm guessing they do ..

Hello again ladies!

It looks like we are up for something like a happy hour after work during the week and Pullman's definitely has an outdoor patio area that would be nice to relax at.

I was thinking of a couple of dates:

Tuesday July 15th

Tuesday July 22nd 

or sometime in August...

Don't ask why I picked Tuesday; I just thought Mondays would be tough and Thursday might interfere with weekend plans.
