I have noticed this too. There is actually another one that I've noticed that recommends her store everytime someone asks about products. I thought maybe the bump had different vendor rules then the knot.

and u know.. maybe i would someday start a baby store.. but i would probably have people email me or do it in private instead of constantly be a nagging voice of "hey! come check out my site!! )

It is annoying.  I don't bother to read her replies or threads anymore.  Although that board doesn't get much traffic so it's easy to avoid.

I've reported it a few times, it's annoying. Seems like the Bump moderators are too busy or don't care.

I'm very rarely on there but as a mom-to-be I really appeciate the local recommendations from that board. I just ignore the solicitations. That's all you can do.
