Do you have a recommendation for a realtor to use? I DON'T like the guy that helped us get this house, so I'm in the market for new realtor for when we sell this year.

Her name is De Redman- we just met her when looking at a house in Greenfield (not moving now, we were just looking). But we decided after talking with her for about 20 minutes that we'd like her to be the one to sell our house.
She just had hip replacement surgery this past Monday- so she's kind of off for about 4-6 weeks- but her specialty is helping you stage your home for sale so that it sells quickly. She generally focuses on the north side, but if she wouldn't do your area, I bet she'd have a great recommendation.
