As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I think this guy is brilliant. All he's truly selling is a glorified, highly publicised (ie free advertisement) "furnished home" with a few bonuses like extra toys. The whole "friends and job" thing is just a gimmick to make the whole idea sound more convincing/appealing. This guy won't need a realtor (no fees except Ebay), won't need to spend time or money selling all his stuff he doesn't want, and is more than likely going to get way more $ than his stuff is worth because of all the media attention the listing is getting. (Remember the potato chip that looked like a state? Didn't that go for over a thousand bucks 'cuz it was on all the morning shows? Come on!) Anyway, wish I could come up with a fancy website and ellaborate story to sell my house.
