Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Flu
I was going to get my flu shot this week....but now I think I am coming down with a cold. Today I woke up with a sore throat and I cannot stop sneezing.
Do you think I can still try taking the flu shot today before a full blown cold appears. Im so bummed if I am gettig sick. I leave for NYC in 4 days

I think they don't recommend that you get it if you feel sick. I work at a hospital and that is the first thing they told us. I got mine and got sick right after (which doesn't happen to everyone), but take something to feel better now and then when you come back get the flu shot (just in case you get sick).
Here everyone has to take it prior to 10/15 if not the employees have to wear a mask.
