Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Verizon wireless chain of command?
On Saturday (Oct 3) I added a 4th line to my family plan, but the rep at the store screwed up and put the line on the wrong account entirely. The phone wouldn't work, so when I called 611 to troubleshoot they said they couldn't help me, that I'd have to go back to the store.
Long story short, I've been getting played like a ping pong ball between 611 and the store and I'm extremely upset.
Where do I go from here to go up the chain?

I bet you double or nothing the store will make customer service correct the problem. It always works that way.
I went to the store last night at 5:45. As of 7:30 they still didn't have it figured out. SO FRUSTRATING!
I wasted about 8 hours of my time dealing with this. I think they need to do something to make up for it, but I'm being told now by the store manager they are unable to provide any credits etc to my account.
