Disney character poll
so we're back. That was an expensive churro trip. we're hard core disneyland fanatics and were going nonstop all of Saturday. We never even got to toontown to see if Donald was out for pictures 
So with that in mind i was just wondering if you all had a favorite Disney character and if so who is it?
Mine is by far Donald Duck. and he is the hardest one to find wandering the park for photo op's. only in the parade can you spot him.

My favorite character to get photo's with are the like off beat characters- yes I swear Sharon, not Cinderella, she's too easy to find. I got my photo with Gov. Ratcliffe from Pocahontas once- thats my FAVORITE photo with a character ever, coming in second is a photo I got with Gus-Gus.
If you're ever looking for a character, you can go into guest relations and ask for a "helping hand" and they'll "wake" the character up for you if they have them available. They were going to do this for my little cousin who ADORES Donald as well, but it was too late, so instead they brought him out this super awesome photo autographed by Donald.
i always ask where he is. and they send me on a wild goose chase between both parks and to either toontown or main street. he's never there and my H gets annoyed trying to find him.
Goofy came up to me while i was waiting but i had no interest and told him to go away i wanted Donald. My lanyard is filled with Donald pins and i was wearing my Donald Duck t-shirt. you would think they'd get the hint to bring donald out when i ask for him not goofy
Was your trip good otherwise? How was the new Space Mountain? DH and I can't WAIT for our trip in a few weeks!
Well, my favorite character always used to be Tigger. But after having worked for Disney World in the job I had, I have to say my favorite is now Mickey. What can I say? I have a bond with him now. ;-)
But like Jenn, it is fun getting pictures with the obscure characters. And I love being around characters with fun personalities like the chipmuks, Tigger, Meeko, Stitch, March Hare, etc because depending on who their "friend" is, they can be so, so, so much fun!! Especially in a place like a not-so-crowded character dining restaurant or something where they aren't doing as many photo ops, and can just "play" instead.

Our trip was great. i would love to slow down next time and stroll around the park and look at everything. this was a hurry up and wait kind of trip. I would tell you to go and get the fast pass first thing when you get into the park for Space mountain. because they turned it into ghost galaxy everyone is in that line 40 minutes was the shortest time i saw and that was in the morning other than that it was an hour to an hour in half wait. the new grafics are cool see it at least once but with the projectors you can see the track more. i liked it better without the ghosts when the room is really dark and you don't know where your going.

Donald is short? Really?! I had no idea! The last time I was at a Disney park was when I was a kid so I guess I didn't notice since I was short too
For some reason I don't envision him as being short though.

I was always partial to Aurora. She was my fav princess and I always wanted my picture with her. I was the happiest girl in the world when she signed my autograph book when I was 5.

We're doing the Halloween Tour which includes this as one of the 4 attractions you go on- so I think that'll be the only time we go on it, since it's in the tour we get a "fast pass".
I agree- I love the slower trips, but sometimes the like last minute hurry up and go trips have their special moments too. Glad you had a good time!
