House Selling Dust??
Some of you know the roller coaster we've been on with selling our condo ... well, we have another offer and this one looks really good! Please send any positive house-selling vibes you have! 
This time around, we're actually thinking of buying my dad's condo in Merrimack - it's detached and has more room than we have here, and the price is really good ... so it kind of solves our problems in the short term, we could live there a couple years and fix it up and hopefully sell for a decent profit later. We could also move in at our leisure which would be SO much less stressful. So ... here's to another shot at moving!

This one feels good, so we'll see! The profile pic is the one I put up ages ago, after the m/c, it's two hands clasped together walking on a path in the woods. I have no clue how to change it anymore so I just left it.
