Anyone recently purchased a house in the westside suburbs/parma area? tips?
My DH and I are both originally from that area and are planning on moving back and buying a house this upcoming summer. Has anyone made that purchase recently and have any good real estate agents, sites, areas, tips ect??

We are currently in the process of buying a house in North Olmsted. Do a lot of research and check out houses online. Some good website are:

www.realtor.com
www.zillow.com (good site to use to see what the house is actually worth and/or what houses around it have recently sold for).
