Very nice. The menu sounds awesome!
As for the sides quantity- they probably assume that is the only side you would be having. When you have several people tend to take a much smaller portion or none at all.

Everything looks great. Having someone help you with the party is great. It really does make a huge difference.
LNF, the helpers were my housekeepers and the rental was just local from the phone book. You're in Nashville, right? I'm sure there are a million rental places there and that they can recommend helpers.

Dublin, the potatoes were the most popular. I personally didn't love the broccoli, but plenty of people did.

Yep. When you're cooking for 50, there's no time to mash that many potatoes yourself. It was an expensive recipe because of all the convenience products, but everyone loved it, so I guess it was worth it.

I've never actually cooked w/ frozen mashed potatoes before, but the whole recipe sounds yummy.
