Its wicked loud and down pours came but then left after 10 mins!

Re: Holy crazy lighting and thunder, batman!

  • Yes, that was not fun and it lasted for a while over here.  Our dog is terrified of thunder and lightening and was shaking and panting too much while curled into us to allow for sleep.  And he wouldn't go outside to go to the bathroom... which resulted in some nice doggy diarrhea  in our bedroom.  Grossness.
  • well I slept right through that.....oy. And then a stupid bird came along and landed on my bedroom balcony and started singing. I wanted to throw a brick at him.

  • Are you talking about yesterday or this morning? If it was today I didn't hear it.
  • This morning around 7ish or 7:30ish ...i cant remember, my mind is shot
  • Yeah, our neighborhood got hit pretty well right around 7 this morning.  Charlotte and I cuddled with Evan so he could protect us!  LOL!  There was a strike really close to our house.  I used to love thunderstorms...not so much anymore (my house was kit and burned when I was in high school...with us still in it!).

  • I drove through the storm it around 7:00ish going to work from Raymond to Manchester.  It was just overcast when I left, but by the time I got to Candia the sky was black and just opened up.  I only saw two flashes of lightning though.  It was pretty much over when by the time I got to work.  The sky turned blue and the sun started to peek out as I parked my car, but it's overcast again now.  Crazy weather.
