If any of you are interested in doing something like this on a smaller scale, we feed at a shelter once a month, or maybe now it's only once every 3 months, through my church. It's actually really easy to cook for a big group (and if it's easy for me anyone can do it). Everybody makes something different and then we take it down and serve it. It's a very humbling experience.
