Tmobile Google Phone Rumors?
We're elligible for new phones at the end of the month and DH and I really would like to get a smart phone. We have Tmobile, and we were thinking about the MyTouch. I know it recently came out, and for some reason I remember hearing rumors about a new Tmobile Google phone coming out sometime soon-ish. Does anyone know? Are these rumors bogus? They just came out with the MyTouch. I just don't want to get it in October and find out in November/December that a new one is coming out soon.

I think they are going to come out with more than a few Android powered phones around holiday time. Don't know if these will all be branded as the Google phone, but will use Android which is the OS that Google developed.
The new Samsung Behold (II) will run on Android and will come out in time for the holidays. The Motorola Cliq is coming out very soon, as well.

Sounds like they may or may not be phones available with Tmobile.
It has actually been confirmed that the CLIQ and the Behold II will be on T-Mobile.
One thing to consider is that not all Android phones will be created equally. The hardware can be different, mainly. Also, the G1 and MyTouch are the basic version of Android, while CLIQ will have Motorola's tweaked version of Android, and Behold II will have Samsungs tweaked version of Android. They'll all have their little differences, but will all run on the same basic operating system.
Thanks, yeah, I'm one of those who like to watch and see what feedback other people have regarding something new like this. I'm really ready to have a good phone with internet on it.
