blogger question

Is there a way to hide certain posts but not delete them from your blog? I want to give out my blog to family and friends but I'm not sure if I talked sh!t about anyone! I don't want to delete the posts but I don't want to go through and read each one to see if I said anything negative about anyone, especially MIL. She is super sensitive.

Re: blogger question

  • Not to my knowledge.

What I've done with some formerly published posts is gone back into Blogger and saved them as drafts.  That way they are no longer published, but they're still in Blogger should you decide to re-publish some day.

The caveat is that Google cache will likely still have whatever content you unpublish.

This is what I've done too. If you have a lot of blog posts to weed through, maybe you could set up a new, sanitized blog just for family? (that way you could still vent about family members on your original blog if you need to)
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • You could always start a 2nd blog and import the posts you want.  (I think you can do that) or c & p
