I can't believe you are halfway already!  That is so great!

As far as carriers go I used a moby when Annie was really little , and I still use it some around the house when I need to get things done and she will not be put down. For out and about now we have switched to the Ergo and I love it! Annie is not into the back carry yet, but she likes the front and hip carries in it.

I just ordered a Maitye and I can't wait to try it out. We will be travelling in January and I think it would be easier to take thought the airport than the Ergo. I'll let you know how it goes.

My best friend has a kangaroo sling carrier that she loves, Annie did not go for that at all since she has always liked to be upright and never liked any of the cradle holds. I guess a lot of it depends on your baby.

Good luck!

  • **butting in**  There's a lot of talk about all the different carriers over on the Attachment Parenting board on the bump.  I always like reading first-hand reviews of the different styles Smile

  • We have almost every carrier available.  We just used the moby today at the orchard and it is great.  We also have a becco (that is similar to the ergo) and I have used it around the house a little.  I like it but I think it will be much better when Ella is bigger. I am looking forward to using the mei tai we have but I think it is still a bit big for Ella.  We have not used the sling yet but I think S will really like using it.
