I am wanting to take my kids to the beach tomorrow. What is the closest beach to Union Station?? We are planning on taking the train down and then walk to the beach. Any suggestions?
Re: Quick, beaches????
Because we're fancy like that.
Is anyone else getting that they've been "banned" from posting? I just got that message and it gives no reason. I haven't even been on here in months to do or say anything to GET banned?! Crazy.
Anyhow, I thought I would chime in on your beach quest. With kids, from Union Station, you can walk to the Sears Tower and jump on one of those free red trolleys. That will take you to Navy Pier and fairly easy walking distance with smaller kids to Oak Street Beach. Have fun!
