Random thoughts....share here
I went back to drinking coffee. And it's GOOD.
Re: Random thoughts....share here
A weekend home can be so nice sometimes. No obligations to anyone or anything.
Another random thought - I want to learn how to sew and I went to Joanne's this weekend to look at fabric.
You are funny. Are you going to take a class somewhere? Do you have a machine?
uh oh, another "hobby" for diame? $20 says she buys a fancy machine and uses it twice.
me: I'm irritated because I made a casserole for a nestie friend who had her baby over a month ago. not only did she not even say thank you, I just realized she still has my dish.
I am also really excited that we have very little plans this weekend. I just want to veg in my jammies.
I'm checking my phone like a fiend for an update on Marianne's baby. Nothing yet.
I'm irritated with a minor change on the fb mobile site. Grrr.
My kids are taking a test right now, and they are probably all cheating off of each other because I'm grading, checking my phone, and playing on the internet.
Jonesy - no I was just going to use a needle and thread and use my hands. Ssinca, I debated on getting a machine, but even I have my limits on what I'll spend on hobbies. Well, in theory.
wait, who's marianne?
One of YL's BFFs. I don't think you ever met her.
ah, ok.
ack, good luck with the needle and thread, that sounds absolutely miserable.
A lot of the girls know her, but I don't think you guys have met.
I am so hungry I may start gnawing off my arm. I left my lunch sitting on my kitchen table and I can't leave the office right now.
I really need to buy some new shoes for work, right now I'm wearing Uggs and I'm full of judgement at myself because no one in SoCal should even own a pair.
I'm really looking forward to a weekend of quiet alone time to study, read, face mask, and catch up on my episodes of Glee, and finally watch Nick & Nora's Infinite Playlist which I've had from Netflix for at least a month.
Hello, I know you're going to use a machine. I wanted to know if you're going to buy one or rent one from a class. :P
Jonesy, huh?? I wasn't kidding about using a needle and thread with my hands.
Pinkybook - that sounds like a FAB weekend.
::whispering::
jonesy, I tried to warn her. I guess we'll just let her figure it out for herself.
I'm kind of irritated that my friend is going to have the lap band surgery this month. I get why really overweight people need to get it done, for really overweight people it's a life or death situation. My friend is overweight but not to that point and in my opinion she could have lost her weight by sticking to eating right and getting off of her ass. She's not thinking about the life changes she will have to make to be able to maintain her weight loss and she is thinking this surgery will be a fix all solution.
Sorry for the rant.

Oh crap, I thought you were being sarcastic. Um, what ssinca said, good luck with that.
Unless you're only planning on sewing Girl Scout badges on a sash, that's not really going to work out too well.
Let me know how it is.
Did you read the book? I loved the book so much that I'm scurred to watch the movie.

I am looking at a student this very second wearing Uggs with the shortest shorts you have ever seen.
I was only going to try to make a pillow!
Cupcake - I own Fuggs, and I wear them with my denim miniskirt.
one of Hs coworkers sent home pie for me and now V thinks I can't give back the dish empty and that I need to make something to return it full...
Nice thought in theory but I don't want to bake anything
I wish Diame would learn to sew so she can make me some basket liners.
I just woke up from a 2-hour nap.
I have a ton of stuff to do, but I am laying in bed watching Barefoot Contessa.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I hope your pillow is no bigger than 1" x 1".
Next week is the craziest ever. Leave super early wednesday morning for Napa for a wedding I'm working on where I get back on Friday night super late. Weddings from 5am to 6pm on saturday and then up to LA for a concert and spending the night in a hotel to hit up a girlfriend's house in LA the next day.
I have a feeling my good friend No Doz will be making another appearance this year.
Serious?

I think I might have told this story here, but I am reminded of it with the sewing pillow talk...
In 6th grade, we all sewed pillows by hand as a class project. And then we sat on them during class. One girl sharted on hers and was too embarrassed to come back to class for like a week. It was pretty sad/funny.

sadly, she is not joking.
