Silly Big Screen Question..
We are getting 46" TV tonight and it dawned on us that it's not going to fit in either of our cars [a Focus and a Neon], so humor me...
How did you guys get your TV home?
We're going to borrow my Dad's truck, but it got me to thinking, because I can't imagine everyone who owns a big screen driving a big vehicle LOL.

Haha I completely understand. You could also fold down your back seats so it fits in the trunk/back? That's how we transported skis and stuff.

We bought TWO 32" LCD's a few years ago on Black Friday from Circuit City. I still can't believe we spent the night in front of the store to get them. DH was able to fit them both in the backseat area of a Mustang! There was just enough room for him to drive right up on the steering wheel. It was very dangerous, but it was only 10 min away from home. I couldn't ride like that (my legs are longer than his), so I chose to stay behind at the store. I offered to keep one of the tv's with me, but he already had them packed in there and didn't want me to have to stand guard. It was a crazy morning!
We still had the Mustang when we got our 52", but that time we just made a phone call to a friend with a Murano (CUV) and he was able to fit it easily. We now have an Altima and I believe it would fit in our new car with the seats folded down.
Wow, these are awesome. I had no clue you could put two 32" in a Mustang!! LOL.
It's up and on the wall. I was surprised at how lite it was. Only weighs 56 pounds. That seems light.

We don't even have a car!
It probably won't work for you, but when we bought ours we just borrowed a dolly from the shop and wheeled it home on foot!
