Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

iTunes will NOT uninstall, please help!
I've been trying to uninstall iTunes so I can reinstall it because it doesn't work right now, and everytime, I get an error message that says "'iTunesMiniPlayer.Resources' is not a valid short file name" and then it cancels the uninstall. It's so frustrating! Can anyone help me get rid of this program completely so I can reinstall and use my iPod again? Please! TIA!

I don't use iTunes (I think Apple makes terrible software and I uninstalled it after about an hour the one time I had it on my computer). However, these things are often because a file got corrupted or moved. Have you tried just reinstalling over the top of it? Also, I did a quick search and found this forum that might have some useful info -- http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=933202. It's old, but it looks like they were talking about this exact problem.
