Girls getaway weekend, where?

Me and a friend would like to do a girls weekend somewhere within a 4 hour drive, I am not originally from IL so I am short on ideas...got any?

Lake Geneva is nice and there are some spas there. I like starved rock also, there is a nice winery there,although most of the activities are outdoor and I'm not sure what activities you want to do.

Lake Geneva and Galena are good options. I know there are some small towns in Michigan, along the lake. They're all within a short driving distance of Chicago as well as one another. You could stay in one and play in another.

Lake Geneva would be fun.? There's a nice downtown area with shops, great restaurants, bars, and a bunch of spas.

It is lake season though, so expect it to be crowded!  There's a few other towns around the Lake Geneva area too that you could stay at then drive over to the town Lake Geneva.

I highly recommend Lake Geneva. There are so many great places up there. My favorite is Grand Geneva Resort and Spa. There's a beautiful pool, great restaurants, and an amazing spa!

I say Lake Geneva or what about just staying downtown in a hotel with your girls and do all the touristy things you probably never do, like go to Navy Pier, shop on Michigan Ave and of course there are so many spas you can go to and so many good restaurants.
