Same here- I really just make it for myself because not many ppl in my family like it but XH's family made it every year and I missed it. I also take a pumpkin roll for dessert.

An American Girl's Travels
I'm always in charge of mashed potatoes. My parents buy the ingredients, but I have to make it.
Two sticks of butter and a 1/2 pint of heavy cream while mashing.
Then more butter on top in the serving bowl.
Perfection.
Mac and Cheese (not boxed kind) DH insists it is his favorite part of Thanksgiving.
